Get Max Vertical Review

October 4, 2007 by verthome

We have been going crazy lately with out program reviews. This week we compelted our assessment of Get Max Vertical. we were actually very surprised. The training information was sound, the program and workouts weren’t poorly designed, and it was only $24. All in all a very pleasant surprise.

To read our full review check out:

http://www.vertical-jump-homepage.com/get_max_vertical.html

Next week we promise our next article won’t be a review. We are working on an article discussing isometrics and how they may be used in vertical jump training.

 Till then trainhard, train smart.

Powertec Leverage Squat Machine

September 17, 2007 by verthome

We normally don’t train with machines preferring to stick with free weights, but there is one major exception we have to this rule. Due to a few unique quirks, we, against our better nature, absolutely love the Powertec leverage squat machine. The design of this machine provides a number of vertical jump specific advantages over regular barbell squats that have given us some trluy eye opening results. To find out what these vertical jump related benefits are and how it might help your improve your gains you can read our article at:
